 His fist path in Entrepreneurship...

Budi started Budi Motivates Academy in 2013, an academy that trains the youths on leadership. He has spoken to over 5000 students in over 15 schools and trained members of staff at different institutions. The Budi Motivates Academy was born out of the need for him to educate students on the need to believe in themselves and dig deep within for the skills and talents needed to survive, rather than waiting for help that might never come. He had witnessed such breakthrough himself when his life changed right before his eyes the second he started seeking  higher ground, cultivating the habits of success and making discipline a major force in his life. The results were astonishing ranging from financial freedom to self-fufillment. He then made it his duty to impact as many youths possible with his story.

Why does he decide to become Entrepreneur ?

To help reduce unemployment in his Africa, he created Diamond Visions Intelligence, to train youths with skills either studied or acquired, as consultants and give them the opportunity to work on projects and business transactions.

Which obstacles does he faced?

Budi has far been faced with lots of obstacles. His main cry being the fact that many youths have a embraced a life of what he refers to as ‘learned helplessness’, had a poverty consciousness and weak belief systems. Their thought pattern always led to defeat and the  pointing of accusing fingers at their goverment or leaders. He fights hard break them out of this mental cell.

Some advices??

Being an entrepreneur is the best thing that could happen to anyone, he says, though it is a narrow path and less travelled. The secret to being a great entrepreneur comprises of three important factors ; your ability to think, to take action and to think bigger. He believes ideas are the most valuable currency and their implementation  make all the difference. « I have come across many young persons who spend time in the delight of their ideas, they always seem to have a bright new idea but these ideas never get to see the light of day. I do not usually have many ideas, but I always take a step towards any I get, and eventually make it a reality. My advice, when you have an idea, do something everyday that takes you closer to realising it. You will get there sooner than expected.»

His encourages entrepreneurs to be bold enough to step out of their comfort zones and do one thing everyday that scares them, as it will help build up their resistance against fear, which he believes is the most deadly disease.
